There are many differences in signing up for a Psychic Reader jobs with a Sweatshopa and Sweatshop B, which fall under the classification of “Join Us” network versus being screened individually.
Join Us networks whom we’ll refer to as sweatshops have a less personalized relationship. Contractors to them are pretty much the equivalent of extras in a baseball stadium in a movie. Though it may sound dehumanizing, sure, it’s a business.
The real issue lies in management skills and Psychic industry skills. The latter is the issue.
Sweatshopa has been around since 2001. They have changed back and forth the way some brunettes jump to blonde and then back to brunette and then back to blonde. The parent company is in New York, and its Psychic division is in Israel.
Sweatshop B has been around since 2006. They also launched an APP in 2015. The management consists of out of the country personnel.
Both sweatshops suffer from horrible communication. Their English is limited, so their email support suffers from clarity.
These sweatshops are not specialists in the Psychic arena. They specialize in providing the connectivity between the client and Psychic advisor. More importantly, they do not screen their Psychics. The process to “join” them is by filling out a form.
Sweathsopa charges a $50 sign up fee, which is very questionable as no one should ever have to pay a company to work for them unless its product sales.
Our network is much different. Our Psychics are screened before hire by a 1 to 1 telephone test. The next few tips are going to serve as a series on topics that will be handy to help you understand our industry and how networks operate. The goal is to empower and inform you as much of this topic is through experience.
